Shayanti is a professional for 19 years. She has concrete experience in customer relations, service assurance, customer retention, business development , churn management and account management in the space of Telecom for over 12 years.
Adding learning and development to her credentials ( in the last 7 years) that includes understanding organizational needs for employees, Shayanti works along with HR to plan and execute employee learning journey through experiential methods What she brings to the table is rich cross industry experience and blending that combined with present industry trends, enhances learning for organizations. Shayanti holds a soft skills certification from Scottish Qualification Authority, she is also Train the Trainer qualified, recognized by National Accreditation Board of Education and Training, facilitated by Image Consulting Business Institute. She has trained and worked in the space of Prevention of Sexual Harassment at Workplaces as well.
