What is the duration of each workshop?

Duration of workshop can vary from 3 hours upto 8 hours. Cost of workshop will vary depending on the duration.
Long term consultative based workshops and interventions are usually over 3 months.

What is the participant strength of each workshop ?
​
Participant strength will depend on your organizational requirement.​
A minimum of 10 and a maximum of 30 can be accommodated in each workshop.
You can't have more than 30 in each workshop as that will take away the quality of the training delivery

What methodology does Mind Makeover use?

Methodology is experiential in nature , inspired by neuro linguistic techniques, and theatre based games. The experiential journey of each workshop is designed to bring out the learning , while keeping the environment interactive and alive. A combination of activities, assignments, videos, case studies and industry based examples. Following the ADDIE model, of Analyze, Design. Develop, Implement, Evaluate, the learning and take away from these programs assures implementation;
The workshops will have fun element to it, BUT not by comprising quality, expectations and takeaway.

You will be taken through a Training Need Analysis for your organization to narrow down on requirements.

How much time is required before the workshop delivery day? What is your lead time for preparation?
​
For 1-2 day workshop, 2 week of lead time would be required. It may also be that during the lead time, we may need to have a few more questions to be answered or talk to employees and understand challenges clearly.
For a workshop for more than 1-2 days, will require more lead time and preparation, depending on the project and intensity of the training.

What is the cost of each workshop?
Cost will be arrived at on basis of your organizational requirement, duration,number of participants and intensity of training.
